Piedmont EMS is a private ambulance service in South Dakota, based out of the Piedmont Fire Department. We serve the areas of Piedmont, Tilford, and parts of Summerset, and Blackhawk. PEMS provides emergency response, high-quality care, and hospital transport of sick and injured patients.
